100% Estate-produced Black Currant Wine Vinegar
This vinegar begins its long journey as carefully hand-harvested, fully-ripened black currants. The fruit is gently hand pressed and the resulting juice is fermented into wine. After ageing in oak barrels, the wine is slowly fermented into wine vinegar.
The process used to make “dragonfly” is the traditional form of the classic art of wine vinegar-making. Care and attention is paid to each step in the vinegar fermentation process to ensure quality, purity, and to maintain the essence of the fruit.
Its robust flavor and pleasant aromatic after taste is what defines “dragonfly”.
It is unique in that it enhances the piquancy to any cuisine, complements, and adds an extraordinary richness to each and every meal.
No coloring, flavoring, or preservatives are used in making “dragonfly”
Dragonfly Farms produces only the finest and rarest wine vinegars.
All of our products are pure and undiluted. We do not add water to our vinegar and acidity is a miniumum of 6%.
