Pure and unadulterated as Mother Nature intended is how we at Dragonfly Farms describe our vinegars. The minimum acidity is 6%. There are no artificial preservatives, no sulfites, no flavorings, no colorings, and no water is added to dilute our products. This is truly authentic wine vinegar.
